The Manager of IN-STeP is responsible for the recruitment of IN-STeP staff and at their discretion may seek further input from the Management Committee or workplace Supervisors during the recruiting process.
For staff to operate effectively they will be provided with appropriate inductions, training and guidance during the probation period. IN-STeP considers its staff to be its best asset and also believes it is essential that employees have a positive approach to working with the organisation, hence the professional development of staff is a priority and offered to all staff annually.
