WELCOME TO IN-STeP

We are a not-for-profit community based organisation that began in Townsville 1995.

We began under the name: the Townsville Thuringowa School Industry Training Program. Today IN-STeP has grown into an organisation that not only continues its work placement practices, but has included working with youth at risk, disengaged youth and is a conduit to the community as a whole regarding career information, services and assistance. IN-STeP has also developed a reputation for assisting all young people with advice on their futures or connecting them to the support agencies that can assist with their individual needs.
