Recently, IN-STeP purchased the Neverfail Springs distributor business for the Townsville region.

Since taking over the business in October, we have been on a steep learning curve entering the commercial business world, whilst looking at strategies to improve customer service and grow the distributorship in the Townsville region. 

As Governments have continued to slash funding to the community sector, IN-STeP has been proactive in trying to find ways we can supplement out funding to continue delivering quality services.  Through this ‘Social Enterprise’ project, we hope that the profits our Neverfail Division bring in, will allow us to continue running the valuable services we offer to the community.
